What is your return policy for incorrectly ordered parts?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused parts in their original packaging. Please note that electrical components may be subject to restricted return conditions once the seal is broken.

How long does shipping take for heavy components?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized or heavy items like engines or transmissions, we use freight carriers which may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Do Vipa Car Parts come with a warranty?

Yes, all our new parts come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Performance and aftermarket parts may have varying warranty lengths specified on the individual product page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once the order has moved to our warehouse for picking and packing, we are unable to cancel it, but you may initiate a return once it arrives.
