At Vipa Car Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the protective bags are sealed.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or exchange.
